The Wee Yellow Book of Amateur Golf Opens is now in its 21st year of publication.

This year the book lists more than 1,850 amateur opens at over 450 Golf Clubs across Scotland.
With a circulation of many thousands, golfers in every area of Scotland and beyond will be using the Wee Yellow Book to help them plan out their opens for the season.
By registering with the website, you can join the Wee Yellow Book community and support the original and most invaluable source of open events information in Scotland.
The Wee Yellow Book website complements the print version of the book, and allows you to:
- Search for Opens in every category and type
- Quickly see the venues, costs and entry requirements
- Print out an automated entry form with your details on it which is accepted by almost every golf club in Scotland
- View new listings, late amendments and rescheduled dates
- Access club contact numbers for every golf club
- Browse Golf Weeks and Order of Merit fixtures
Order A Copy
The 2009 edition of the Wee Yellow Book has been distributed to most of Scotland's golf clubs. If you can't pick up a copy at your local club, you can order one directly from us. Details on how to order copies are in our FAQ's section. Please remember that if you enter an Open using the form in the Book, you should enclose a SAE and a cheque for the entry fee, payable to the relevant Golf Club.
Club Contact Numbers
The Wee Yellow Book 2009 went to print with an alignment problem which affected two sections of the club telephone numbers listings. We'd like to apologise most sincerely for this and so we are listing every golf club in the book, complete with their correct contact telephone number.
